Customer Service Manager (Posting date: January 2, 2012)
We are currently searching for a Customer Service Manager to join our team. This person will be directly responsible for:
- Supervising the Service Coordinator and actively participating in the coordination of the service and installation schedules of the technicians.
- Working in conjunction with the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring jobs won are carried out as per customer requirements and in a timely manner.
- Fielding customer calls and resolving issues as required.
- Resolving issues escalated from dispatch staff.
- Liaising with customers when escalated from Service Technicians.
- Consistently reviewing systems and processes and making improvements as required.
- Participating in the hiring of quality individuals, as required.

- Experience: 3 - 5 years of supervisory customer service experience in the fire and safety industry or similar technical service based industry OR retail management experience.
- Strong skills with MS Office.
- Proven ability to mentor and motivate employees.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time-management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
